Xbox Series X 'Inquisitor Martyr' Ultimate Edition No DLC appearing

I purchased hard copy of WH40K Inquisitor -Martyr "Ultimate Edition" for the Xbox Series X, installed and updated the game, finished tutorial stages to get to Command Bridge, when I got to the 'Extras' terminal it says I need to "Buy" every cosmetic item that was supposed to be included with this edition. 

If I click on the "Buy" button it goes to a blank page on the Microsoft Xbox Store and stays blank.

I've already tried restarting system, already checked 'Manage My Games', no DLC content appears.

Hello, sorry I have purchased a Xbox séries x version of ultimate version intégrale Xbox store and I have no Access to DLC New class and others DLC I think. Do you have any solution? Thanks in advance.

Do you still have no access to the DLCs? I'm asking because our developers made some adjustments on our end to fix the problem. Please let me know if you are still troubled with this bug.

Same thing is happening to me.  I cannot access any of the DLC nor the 5 pets.

The problem could be reproduced indeed. It is in the works now.

If you tell me your Gamertag I can help you in the meantime. If not, then you have to wait for the permanent fix.

I am ALSO having the same exact problem! Seems to be happening across the board, regardless of purchase rout. (Read others bought "hardcopys", or Amazon, mine is digital ultimate through xbox store). Is there a fix for this? I mean, the game Is playable w/o it, but thats not the point. I PAID for the full game, which explicitly states, "ALL previously released content". It shouldn't be even marginally difficult for the devs to reproduce, seeing its happening with all copys regardless of source.

We just fixed it for you. If you still own the game you should see all the DLCs available for you now.

It's incredibly disappointing.

I purchased my copy through Amazon and they approved a return for a refund so I'm sending it back.

I spent another hour and a half on the phone with Microsoft support trying to seek a resolution but all they said they could do was escalate it to another department. 

I'm done.

I’m currently going through the same thing. Purchased game, no dlc. Just a blank white store screen. Tried reinstalling and even changed which drive it installed on. I’m guessing maybe a store/certificate issue behind the scenes? Thankfully I also have the game and all of it contents on steam till the fix the ultimate edition on console. Still unfortunate that’s there’s really no love on the console version imo.

Update: Was on phone with Microsoft support for almost an hour, walked through every troubleshooting step, still could not resolve issue.


They referred me back to you. I told them I had already left a post on your forums and that I saw multiple people having the same problem.


I've exhausted every step I could take on my end except for asking for a refund, which I'd rather not do because I like what I've seen so far sans missing DLC.
