XB1 - Cabal Menu freezes Game

A bug that has happened to me several times has been on the Members List in the Cabal menu. If you spend any time on it (Over 10 seconds) on the list trying to see who is online the game tends to freeze. Anyone else experiencing this?

may I ask are you also on Xbox?

All the time. Even after the recent update. Very rare I can navigate through the Cabal options nevermind trying to promote Cabal members, even after a hard reset of my Xbox One.
