when using Personal Teleporter to where to the it's Max Range, it Spent 2 of Supply Charges.

hello, and as Title said.

when I'm using Personal Teleporter to where to the it's Max Range, it Spent the Two of Supply Charges, rather than One.

I Supposed to it should be Only spent 1 when I using it to where I want to.

please fix this.
