Warzone progression bug

I am on the second stage of Warzone (The Siege Begins) and it will not mark any of the missions I do as completed. Only the first 3 missions are available to me. I've done the first mission multiple times and it has not check-marked it for me and I am unable to advance.

Click on the highest one that you can and start it, noticed that its not counting credit but letting you go up a battle anyway. and it seems that if you just enter the warzone and start, without picking any mission it will jump 4 at a time.
