Hi, I'm sorry I can't remember if this happened on a campaign mission or a side quest. But soon as the mission fully loaded Inquisitor was ready to fight and then the game and ps4 pro both crashed. The ps4 became totally unresponsive, the first thing I tried to do was a force shutdown using the power button pressing it for 10 seconds with no response. Had to cut the power which is definitely a "do not" on the ps4.

What I can say is that every single crash whether 34878 or whole system (as above) crash that has happened on this game has happened when a mission was either starting to load or immediately after it had loaded.

Also, every few missions in "online multiplayer" the sound will cut out completely while the game still plays. The only way to get the sound back is to exit the game.

Also online multiplayer does not want to connect anyone. There are users there waiting but it's always failed to connect. I've probably tried to connect maybe over 100 times with a successful connect maybe 20 times or so out of a hundred, so I've spent a lot of time sitting there trying to connect with no joy.

I think the game may have many bugs, It's either that or my ps4 does not want me to play this game because this has only ever happened on this game. I'm really hoping you've fixed the problem as I see there is an update, but I'm worried about starting the game because I do not want to cut power again.
