The monsters are all cleared. The occupation has not changed color.

Man, if it is mission with Tyranids, you need to search again entire map, cause dummy guardsmas are alway going backwards and lure mele (90% of tyranids) monsters from their spots. So Tyranid from 1 base can be in the opposite corner of the map.

Hint - first check out all spots with green marks (your allies aka guardsmans)
