Hey, saw the change to the unholy cathedral endless mode. I have nothing against  that you removed lootdrops from it, but its incredible tough to play it in an actual "endless" mode, since neither medic supplies, nor support supplys are dropping.

At some point, regardless how tanky you are, you will die from enemies who are chipping away your health.

Would it be possible to let them drop atleast support supplies through the enchant on your injector? In this case, you can still use your supplies in a certain way.

About the medical supply drops, maybe let let it spawn a cache after a certain amount of minutes have passed.
