Unable to play together co-op campaign
Warhammer 40K Bug ReportI don't know if it is a known bug or something: Sometimes we can't join each other mission, even when we are in the exact same stage of the current campaign, with no clue about why is that happening. I.E: Invited my friend (same character level, same exact point on the campaign: Travel -> start... "couldn't join"... so after a few tries, we stopped playing... and when we tried again the next day, without doing anything different, it worked.
Same with the normal missions and the ones granted by "Intel" items: Some times we can play together, some times we get a "couldn't join" message.
Does anyone knows how to fix this?

The server on xbox series s was good this morning but after a couple hours we started to rubberband in coop and as of right now we've run into the "match not found" issue.
Hey there, I'm real sorry about this issue. It is most likely due to the servers being overloaded since our recent uptick in players. These issues tend to resolve themselves after a while, but a good fix to try anyway is to install the certification file found in this Steam article. Let me know if your issue is prolonged.
Yes, through this Steam link https://steamcommunity.com/app/527430/discussions/0/5992658048675595844/, there are many issue. I also face one of them: After installing the certificate there is still no connection to the server. what else can I do?
And we are still getting the "unable to join..." message
I should mention this issue has been occurring consistently for the last 3 days at all hours and with only (as of right now) 781 total players listed on the weekly glory leaderboard.
