I'm a level 91 Psyker and I've used plenty of world skills - artillery, turrets, mines, etc, but the meter for the Enunciator deed is still 0/50. I don't particularly need the perk, but I thought I'd mention it.

Please re-check the Deed when you have some time as the latest patch - v2.3.0c - addressed this problem. Let me know if you still have trouble with it.
