Triglav Sector doesn't unlock / Drukhari campaign is messed up

Character name: Daedalus

Everything is messed up. Character is lvl 30 but Triglav sector isn't unlocked. But Terra Incognita is already marked as finished, even I never started the Drukhari campaign with this character!

Also Ragna van Wynter has a green exclamation mark that doesn't disappear.
