Went to create a tarot mission, when I hit the Create button, nothing happened.  After about 10 seconds, game dropped out to the map screen. I went back into the tarot creation screen and everything was locked. I had to force close the game from windows. When I went back into the game I lost 100 fate. 

The cards I chose were death, weakness, and the one that gives increased chance for armor. I was in the Dagnor system.
