It does the aoe around you then slowly runs to cursor. Sometimes it will do damage however most times it will not. It works fine in single player. It worked fine at lower levels until 30+ or so for some reason.

This is a known bug but as I see it was shelved due to other, higher-prio issues. I will have the dev team check on it as soon as possible!
