Every time I start a new mission the star map special location tutorial pops up when I enter the star map. It's driving me nuts! How can I make it stop?

I've gone to the location it said, I've done the mission, I've bought the stuff. I've entered, exited, and reentered the star map every way I can think of.

This is a bug encountered by many. We will remove the problem with one of the following hotfixes.
