Hi!
I dropped the skills, but did not redistribute them all. Going through the task got a level. Now all skills have returned to their previous value and negative skill points have appeared.

I'm having this same problem; when I reset my points, I was a -8 skill points. I tried doing a workaround I found on the Steam forum, but that didn't work, and now I'm stuck with less points. I hope this gets fixed, because I'm really liking the game.
Set this current order state as My default.
