I completed multiple campaign missions to get more radical points and despite nearly doubling the amount of points I have after getting the perk, the amount of resource generation granted by the perk has remained at 1 point of increase. I have tried for multiple characters, and relogging/reloading the game when I increased the amount of points I had.
