I've got 2 questions:

1. Is it allowed to stream (Twitch) or upload (YouTube) any content of the game right now?

2. Will you be able to change Sex of your Character in the final game? (While creating it)

1. While it is not prohibited, we'd advise against making video content right now, it is alpha after all.

2. Yes, and no ;) The future holds the truth.

2.  Yes there is a female. No it is not a crusader. Assassin is female if i am correct.
