The Psyker skill Empyrean Hail isn't adding the slow tag to mobs and not adding the slow skill to the description on using the slow mastery.

I checked the skill config file, and it looks like you're right. In fact, it looks like it's missing several (slow, blind, suppression damage, health leech, suppression leech, and better criticals). I've poked the devs on this. Thanks for reporting it!
