Are you able to swap Tarot cards after you have picked them?

I have found how to add cards to Random Missions, and have applied 3, however now when I try to change a selected card to another it does not let me.

As a note, I am unable to acces the Tarot table on the command deck.

The Tarot table will function as the panel of Void crusade once you reached lvl50.

Swapping Tarot cards is not possible, it is working as designed.
