Joined a cabal. The Brother in Arms Trophy did not pop.

I have the same issue. I have joined two Cabals and the trophy has not popped on PS4.

Can't confirm that. Mine popped as it should. Maybe the server didn't recognized it.
Try restarting the game and join another Cabal and it should pop.
Set this current order state as My default.
