Now is the weekend. developers will answer and correct on monday. have a little patience.

I bought the Imperium Edition Wednesday.  Got a Crusader to 11 and Psyker to 5.  I logged in after the hotfix and played crusader after the mission it was on, it bugged.   No more progression.  Played Psyker, it bugged on next mission.  Created a new Assassin, it wouldn't create when I named it (or so I thought anyways).  After 4 times pressing the triangle button to accept the name it said my slots were full.  I closed the game, came back in and all those failed attempts created characters.   Well i played one of the new Assassins and it won't finish the first tutorial mission, it gets to the end and gives "End Mission" but nothing happens.  I have to force close the game.

Very frustrating.  I'm a big fan of the 40k universe and I think this game could be great. Somehow it slipped under the radar, I don't have the time for games I used to.   

I have a really bad first experience with it now, though.    What I played seems really good, but this is disappointing.

Looks like the company is in Hungary and it's early in the morning.  Hoping they work weekends :D  Don't see much activity on these boards from anyone who works there.

My son also bought the game and is unable to start...

1) Create a character: confirming character does nothing until I restart the game... suddenly THEN I see the 5 characters I created while attempting to create 1.

2) Finish the tutorial, or mission 1: if the tutorial continues I wouldn't know as I can't play past this mission. After waiting at the end of level for approximately 12 minutes the loading screen finally occurs... but that leads to the biggest game break.

3) There are zero missions available from the starmap regardless of what sector I go to... also once I go to a sector theres no way to return or progress anywhere else other than back to the main menu.

Not happy with this, regardless of price paid.

Tarot an priority missions still work though upon trying the vipers nest story mission same big occurred as did in main story so the over all big seems to be tied to the campaign mode or is this just my experience?

I only found the issue when my first character's campaign bugged at the second  chapter and so I thought I'd try another character.  Note my first character was started before they hot fix patch. 

1) I was repeatedly told that my character name was too long, even when I cut it down to the minimum three characters stated. When I went out of the game and back in however, my character was there - original long name and all.

2) After finishing the first Survivor mission, the screen returns to the level with no visible character. All I can do is rotate the camera. There's an exit button in the bottom right, but pressing the stated button merely highlights the 'exit' text, and doesn't actually do anything. A few minutes later (but not as long as seventhfloor's 12 minutes) I get a loading screen and then end up on a starmap.

3) Choosing any of the sectors listed takes me to a lower level starmap with a list of several planets, but all of these just have some descriptive text and no option to start the second mission. I then can't get back to the command bridge to try again.

I watched a YouTube video of somebody playing through, and after completing the first mission they went to a picture of a ship with a mission 2 icon, and were able to immediately start that.

So what do we know...

The recent hotfix has caused the widespread issue.

The issue involves failing to accept the completion of missions and accessing of the next available mission.

Character creations are failing to upload correctly.

Selecting random missions from starmap has no issue with accepting or completion.

Selecting tarrot card missions accepting or completion has no issues.

If I were to guess it seems there is perhaps a communication issue between the information being sent by the user to the server. (I'm no expert just a place to maybe start looking?)

Hopefully it can be sorted out lord knows I'm not starting my crusader again took a long time to get all the relic items for my build.

The game is great fun and hopefully we'll all get to carry on enjoying it soon. Oh and advise to get the most of your game go through the main campaigns/assignments first as they reward the most xp, ignore starmap until endgame, save/acquire ALL your fate points for the endgame and ensure you unlock tarrot cards that reward relic items, makes the grind a LOT more fun and less tedious rewards.

I also see a problem within the game structure itself, so very dependent on the connection to their server, because of the loot drops and so on.  Makes the thing quite vulnerable to stuff like that hotfix-desaster happening right now. From the consumer's perspective you can only sit by and wait for someone to do something about it. Our hands are tied, we can't revert anything to its original state, albeit with faults but functioning regarding the main chunks of the game. Not possible. Perhaps they should find a way of playing the game without online connection.

Perhaps the persisting problem leading to the "unplayable edition" as of right now is just a matter of miscommunication between the game and the server, one tiny false command in this fabulous hotfix and nothing works anymore. Who knows?

But what matters now:  Somebody telling us what is going on, when to expect the working solution and some form of compensation.

I believe that was caused by my acceptance being while I was offline so logging in skipped the first time acceptance and bugged the progress. Fortunately my grandmaster allowed me to leave and rejoin which being online fixed the issue.

IV heard with the coop it's matchmaking based and tries to get full party in, whether it times out and allows fewer I don't know, also unsure if split screen players can join online co-op? If anyone else could clarify?

Was leaving all the multiplayer until last encase lobbies were filled with high ranking characters, though for me personally I'd happily play with any lvl player, as long as I can get the trophy lol.

Just bought the game last night.  To my knowledge, this game has been out since Sept of 2018 for consoles.  Correct me if I am wrong.

Made my character and 

1.  Kept having issues with "too many characters in the name"

2.  Deleted characters and then "too few character in name"

3.  Created six different characters to no avail and couldnt play

4.  Restart game and now all characters ive tried to create suddenly are now available

Figured out it must have been me not confirming my email.  Which by the way this is fucking stupid to demand an email and confirmation of that email just to play a game.

Finish first mission "The survivor" and 

1.  Im just stuck there at the end of the mission with no sight of my character, full control of camera and buttons.

2.  Im pressing the goddamned button it tells me to to exit and nothing.

3.  Ive done this three times with same end result. 

4.  Finally I hit the options button on my controller and exit that way but still took 3-4 minutes to register and take me to the star map page.

5.  I CANT PLAY ANY FUCKING MISSIONS ON ANY SECTOR AT ALL ON STARMAP PAGE

Can someone tell me what the fuck is going on here.  This is a goddamn joke

i bought the game today (morning) and tryed everithing , reinstalling and different characters.... the game gets stuck

If this takes til Monday to fix. I will NEVER and I mean EVER support this game or anything that has to do with this company again period end of story.  I will ask for my refund and never look back again.

I finally have a full weekend off and havent gamed in a long time.  Researched this game, got excited finally, purchased this game just to have it not fucking work after it being out for over six months via consoles?????

If this shit is not fixed today...TODAY at the latest Im fucking done.  I am soo goddamn pissed off right now

Purchased at launch last year and despite a few technical issues the game, and problems with cabal, has been pretty smooth up until yesterday when suddenly all campaign progress has failed to load regardless of where in the campaign you are at, including assignments, and season story content. Only starmap missions and tarot card missions are unaffected.

Im sticking with my previous.  If not fixed today at latest Im done as I just cant believe with everything Ive got going on in my life that has completely fucked me in every way (not to go in depth but includes, divorce, loss of two properties, loss of 58% of my monthly income, not seeing my children in 754 days now, probation, probation classes, lawyer fees and a slew of other shit) that one little thing that I had just a smidge of excitement for is completely broken and after it having been out for over six months.

This is some peoples reality in the world and the simplest thing of playing a video game that brings enjoyment is now also denied to me.  This is unnacceptable at LAUNCH let alone after a time of being out.
