So, I've now in multiple missions focused purely on obtaining the Perfect Onslaught perk, only to be denied every time.

It says unlock is via 10 killing blows in 10 consecutive attacks.  Yet there seems to be a hidden requirement.

While using Destruction Amplification for the 50% dmg bonus, I've tried the following WITHOUT success:

Killing using only max damage sniper shots, highest killing streak, 15.

Kills using only "Single Shot" the lowest skill on the exitus rifle, kill streak of 17 shots 17 kills in a below level map and using guard to weaken enemies.

Kills using only "Single Shot" the lowest skill on the exitus rifle, kill streak of 12 shots 12 kills in an on level map and using guard to weaken enemies.

Used an Arc Sword on an on level map, went from one end to the other using ONLY "Shock Nova" and "Voltaic Flip" with Fluid Attack Strategy 50% dmg buff active, and ONLY if I knew something would die, kill streak of 19 attacks with a kill on each and over 70 in total.

Used Arc Sword on level map, Fluid Attack Strategy 50% dmg buff active, using only "Voltaic Strike" again only against weak or minion type enemies, kill streak of 15 attacks with kill on each and over 30 kills in total.

Assassin sword with high bleed and poison dmg and chance, using a myriad of its attacks to kill trash on impact, with "Serpent Strike" while weakening higher hit point targets to be followed up with single hit kills, multiple kill streaks of over 15 attacks resulting in a kill on each.

Multiple Nurgle maps killing each nurgling individually with 1 hit kills, using a myriad of weapons, for kill streaks over 15.

I've now tried dozens of different methods passively to try and obtain this, and at minimum the methods above actively trying to get it.  Yet the perk refuses to be unlocked.  Yes, I'm playing only an assassin while trying to unlock it.  I've done 1 hit kills from untouched mobs, with the lowest attack on several weapons, I've tried AoE dmg to kill and weaken to chain the kills, nothing seems to unlock it.

Am I somehow doing something wrong?  Is there a hidden time requirement on it?  Or is it flat out broken and can't be unlocked.  Does anyone else have it unlocked and able to share how they magically managed to unlock it?
