(PC) Which client do I run if I have both Martyr and Prophecy?

So I just purchased Prophecy and I was wondering if it mattered which client I run? Either Martyr or Prophecy- and more importantly - if it makes a difference?

As long as you own prophecy you don't even need to install it. You can access everything from the martyr client.
