Hey my friend isnt getting any loot from chests. He is playing psyker and is in tge first 6 missions is tgis a known bug and what should he do to fix it?

While I'm not getting nothing from crates what I do get is always crap blues even when I'm playing on extreme which you would think would have a better tier of loot but does not. Hello Dev's! Turn up the loot meter plz!
