So I set up my neocore account using the Facebook login. I forgot the password I set up to access my product key for my purchase. I have done numerous password reset requests and emails to Neocore and Xilsoft (the purchasing platform), asking for a reset link, or my product key, so I can download my game and help test it for you guys. I really want to support you guys, but not hearing from you guys or even a robot, is not a good way to help a person wanting to support you. If I don't hear from you soon, I'm going to have to ask for a refund, and I don't want to do that. Please help!
