I'm a new player and I'm trying to knock out all the Seasonal quests. I'm stuck on visiting the Keeper of the Forge though because he isn't there. I read online that it's only on the weekend that he appears but... Today is Sunday and the in game time is still 22:00, so not Monday yet. However, the Forge isn't under the special missions tab that everyone says to go to. It looks like it was a bug from years ago and maybe never got fixed? I'll try again next weekend but that's a wasted week of progress and it seems like something that should be fixed.
