It appears that I lost all my gear on one of my characters after the 2nd tutorial mission.

I relogged, but that did not bring the gear back. Also when the gear disappeared, the loading screen after the second mission was frozen for about a minute.
Not a big deal as I recreated the character and didn't have the same issue again.

Most of the time after a relog you receive back your lost items. Please give it a try.
Set this current order state as My default.
