i cant play this game anymore cause i got a system rank 5 with a item reward.

The item reward button is broken so every time you click on it your game is crashed. it says to you cant start a mission until you claim this reward.

So i wanna know how can i delete all my Progession in this game to start at the beginning with 0 influence in all systems and 0 Fate 

anyone can help me ?
