Couple things that don't work that well since the patch:

Campaign Missions sometimes can't be played further after the mission objective is completed. Usually you can walk around the map, pick up some left over chests, even if the mission is finished and the Button "Accept" to leave appears. But in some cases the screen freezes and you only can "Accept" to leave. Also on that note, the Button "Decline" never works.

The "Inferno" Skill from the Psyker doesn't move proper. Sometimes its stuck on some weird corner and won't do anything. Sometimes it stays long after the skill duration is over and still does damage.

Several Login Errors and server connection losses during gameplay.
