I am trying not to be sad about co-op limits...
Warhammer 40K FeedbackI kinda get that there are campaign missions you can't play together and in theory I totally support the idea that if it doesn't work with the story then the story should be single player.
But that doesn't change the fact that this is, in so many ways, the perfect game to play with your friends, local or online, and yet multiple hours in there hasn't been any incentive to group up or any freedom to do so in places where we kind of expected it..
If it was possible to open up the option to invite a friend along for most of the missions after reaching the bridge, adding some snyde remarks like 'I trust you are not foolish enough to let a complete stranger in on our secrets without expecting to be stabbed in the back, but ultimately the decision is yours, inquisitor' and only letting the mission owner make decisions, meaning that missions would have to be completed twice if you play with one friend, for instance, that would be more than enough for me.
Perhaps the Co op experience is super rich and rewarding down the line, but for now I just find it confusing. I have a multiplayer option on the bridge but when we tried a random mission together we didn't even get any rewards, so right now me and my bf are basically just waiting to reach some point where we can play this game together.
Am I maybe missing something..?
