Trying to get this perk but for some reason I get only max 2 kills / mission even though I kill pretty much everything with grenades. Is this intentional or just another bug?

That's weird I have seen those type of feedback for Vulnerability and Critical Heroic Deeds... maybe a global bug with the new patch...
