Glitchy Artifact ability text also you have to take 1451% damage?

I had an artifact drop that had an ability that had artifact enchnt before the ability there and seems to need you to take 1451%hp. The wording is a bit wierd as well "Damage Reduction or 3 seconds on losing at least 1451% HP on Hit Taken"
