Empyrean Shards

Hi got a questions for the Judgment Season Shard Drops. Can anyone confirm that Empyrean Echo Shard drop or are in the store?

I have a lot of Inferno, Warp Magistratus and Judgement Shards but not a single Empyrean.

Edit. I found in the Compendium that only season 1-3 is unlocked. So that anwsers my question.
