- Crafting "level 90+" items
You don't actually get to craft a higher level item but it appears as if you'll get to craft your level of item with better damage etc. Just a display bug that has no effect on the game really.

Marcopolocs
When you go to craft it will say level 100 item, display the level 100 damage rolls but when you craft the item it drops to a level 90 item with rolls appropriate to that level.
