Warhammer 40K Bug ReportError: "Character Loading Error. Try again, or try a different character."

Game: Inquisitor Prophecy
Bug Report: Tried to start a new campaign mission and got stuck on a blank loading screen. After 10 mins I force quit the game and tried to log back into my character. Received "Character loading error, try again, or try a different character." Tried making new character, logging out, then trying my main again and got same error. Please help!
