Can't progress Hunt for the Martyr

I am up to the part where you have to talk to Metrodora Thelema, but after she says she will stay on board, the conversation ends, and I can't progress the story. I have tried doing other side missions, and going to different planets, and then going back to talk to her, but I am still having the same problem
