Just started replaying the game playing Tech Adept. I would occasionally attempt to reroll gear and i wouldn't let me reroll anything....i just shrugged and kept leveling and around level 70 odd I suddenly could reroll stats etc.... finally started getting Aerotech red gear and ....I went to start rerolling again...and its stopped working again...it shows in inventory the gear that can be modified highlighted but i cant drop or drag or click the item into MODIFY box.....any ideas...
