Just reporting on a crafting Issue I am having.  I crafted an item before closing the game but I did not retrieve the item (it was not finished crafting)

When I opened the game again the next day, the item says it is completed, but I cannot retrieve the item from the crafter.  As such, I can also no longer craft anything.  I assume it has to do with the item completing while the game was shut down, but I don't know.  Hope this helps!
