Bug in Crafting System

So I did find this discussed in a couple of places, but not in the context of being a bug.

The issue is that if I want to craft an inoulator, every time I refresh the crafting screen the inoculator will re-roll its component slots. And it is rolled again anyway when the inoculator is added to the inventory. So I can spend a ton of crafting materials and cash, and still end up with an inoculator that is useless for my character.

I understand the crafting system is designed to contain that element of randomness, but the system also seems designed with the principle that we can spend resources to mitigate that randomness.

Please give us a way to 'lock in' the slots for a crafted inoculator. Perhaps don't allow us to have 'wildcard' (Red/Yellow/Green) slots, so we have to craft exactly what we need for a given build.
