This scene right after you finish the Savant quest line and you judge the tech priest is bugged out on both PC and Xbox. Done this twice now and still have no idea what's supposed to happen here. It just sits on this exact screen and nothing happens. You can't skip line, no dialogue, nothing. Only way to move forward is by skipping the entire scene.
