Hi,

I just finished a void crusade with 3 friends.

We got great loot, then quit mission. The screen froze a while before we could get to the main screen again. When we could see again, all loot had disapeared, our inventory was half empty.

We tried to quit the game and come back, with no results.

All 4 of you got compensated for the loss in Co-Op.

The item loss problem is known by our developers, but a short-term solution cannot be expected. We are working on a new backend to get rid of all the backend server-related problems and we will move onto a new provider by the summer. Then this issues should be gone once and for all.

Please bear in mind, that until then you can be exposed to item loss (around 60% of the time) in multiplayer, especially if 3 or 4 of you play together.
