As you reported they cannot speak with Ragna but as we see they should be able to continue the campaign.

I can see something was tried as all my clues were reset and I go notifications about all of them again however with the crusader character I am still unable to continue and van wynter still shows a green explanation. With nothing to give me.

Our devs checked your progress on the last week but there was no problem found. You should be able to proceed with your character 'Bardall'.

She has a green ! over her head but when I walk up and talk to her it's straight into the trade screen

Same for me. When playing with my main character (Crusader)I see permanently an exclamation mark above the captain.
Set this current order state as My default.
