Season pass bug on PS4

Just bought the Imperium Edition on Ps4 HK store, but nearly all the DLCs  show that I still need to pay for them. Also I can't find the exclusive PS4 theme. Please fix it soon !

Same thing happened to my Imperium Edition bought on PS Store SG. Prophecy is not visible on SG PS Store as well, though it appears on the US PS Store after I checked using another account. Purhasing the DLCs from within the game (Extras) fails with "content is not available". Seems like the DLCs displaying on the SG/HK PS Store are not compatible with the version we have installed?

Hi Neocore team,


Encountering the same issue since I bought the Imperium Edition on the Singapore Playstation Store, none of the DLCs are available for me to download other than the ones in the Deluxe Edition that is installed. I would not be able to refund the Season Pass as I bought it through the Imperium Edition bundle, please provide some guidance on what we can do?

Im having this issue too. Bought the imperium edition yesterday from SG (R3) store. Hope they can resolve it!

Facing the exact same issue...

Purchased IMPERIUM EDITION from PS STORE ASIA.

Can only access to the stupid skull footprints and the hub decoration. The rest of priority missions and other list of things in DLC not accessabile. (I am clearly aware that Prophecy DLC is a separate purchase)


I have emailed NEOCORE - they kindly replied and asked to contact BIGBEN INTERACTIVE.


For your info NEOCORE, your Publisher is NOT responding to any emails. It is not just me, nobody ever got any replies.


I have already paid my money and I cannot accept this kind of irresponsibility. At least reply on what is going on and when they are planning to fix it! I hope NEOCORE could give us an update on this and also know that their publisher is NOT responding to your customers.

Hi @Marcopolocs, it's been 14 days since the problem about inaccessible DLCs has been reported. Are Neocore Games and Bigben Interactive getting nearer to fixing the issue? Thank you.

@W1NTERROWD@HULKBIN‍ the matter is on our console publisher's end, they are still trying to deal with the problem. Unfortunately we cannot speed up the process as every PS store-related issue can be handled only by them and Sony.

I understand that this is not the Developer's fault.


There must be some kind of bug regarding to Console publisher and Sony's PS Store uploading/selling the Imperium Edition.


I am just trying to let you guys know that Console publisher and Sony's PS Store are not responding to our inquiries(our emails). So those that are facing this bug, including myself, are just waiting indefinitely without any news.

Having the exact same issue from the Singapore PSN store.

Bigben has messed up big time - and they need to resolve this quickly. Otherwise they're effectively scamming a lot of paying customers by selling a product that cannot be accessed.
Not being able to download/purchase Prophecy is a huge bummer too.

Any updates by the publisher, BigBen on this? The Asian PSN store still doesn't have the Prophecy Expansion as well, would love to get it once the Season pass issue has been resolved.

Our latest update from them was that they will try to handle the problem within a few weeks but due to the current situation worldwide it may take longer. We will ask an update on the matter from them though.

We can confirm this, the missing DLCs as well as the new expansion Prophecy is out now in the various Asian stores.

Hello.

I did my update from PS4 but I still cannot seem to access any DLC contents for my Imperium Edition.

I did everything I could (I restored my licenses, updated everything etc).


May I know is there any solution to this?

Dear Neocoregames.

 

I have raised an issue in your community hub (https://neocoregames.com/en/community/hub/season-pass-bug-on-ps4)

and your staff member (Godlike) has advised me that I write about the issue to this email address.

 

I purchased WARHAMMER 40K INQUISITOR MARTYR - IMPERIUM EDITION.

 

Strangly I CANNOT access to any of the DLC content that was listed in the website for IMPERIUM EDITION (not even pets are available). 

 

My Playstation ID : franciscohelibi

Mine is a PSN Asia account. And of course the purchase was via PSN Asian store.

 

I have tried everything I can find on youtube(restoring licenses, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, deleting my saved file and doing it again etc), but nothing is working.

 

Please look at the 4 attached photos in this email.

"Proof of Purchase" and "Proof of Purchase2" photos shows that I have purchased the correct IMPERIUM EDITION.

 

"DLC not working" photo shows that all the priorty assignments are shown as "Not available" and also says "Needed DLC : Occult Seige"

"DLC not working2" photo shows that the pet Cherub shows "Purchase" instead of "Select".

Once I click on any of those, the game will redirect me to the Playstation store but then the messege "This content cannot be selected at this time." shows and I have no choice but to select "OK" then I will return back to the game.

 

I love this game(owned the STANDARD VERSION before and deleted it - because I bought the IMPERIUM EDITION).

 

I hope you guys can find me a solution for this otherwise there was really no point for me to buy this IMPERIUM EDITION(which non of the DLC is working and is same as Standard edition) as I already have the STANDARD EDITION.
