You can't get priority missions from the panel, its bugged.
Make it happen for the emperor!

Once you get to around 36-40 there is no more assignments as the soft cap is 40. Also there seems to be a dally cap of 3 full assignments.

I am also having problems, the create new assignment just tells me there was a problem with creating assignment. So I am just stuck on my psyker with no new assignments.
