Crafting issue & Not getting morality points

When I craft a relic inoculator, there is no random relic enchant spawning on them. The other relic item crafting recipes I have do produce items with random relic enchants on them.

Also, I have not been getting morality points when getting them for decisions. I have chosen Puritan multiple times and the numbers do not change.

Any help with these issues is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Whats ur Level?

Becasue Morality takes some time to Level up. I have Level 80 Crusader and i had full Morality around level 60-70

99 almost to 100. On the morality screen it shows how many points you have but the slider doesn't move for me.

As I see you have two characters, which one's Morality points is not correct?

Your character initially chose the Radical path but there was a minor error which we corrected. Can you re-check your points now?

I'm still showing her as full radical (300). My intent was to try to get her to full puritan because I think she'd benefit more from those perks and skill tree, but I may never get enough morality choice events to ever go that far.
