Ordos Reputation and Weekly Missions are by character not by account.  Is this intended?

With everything else being by account (Credits; Fate; Crafting Materials; Crafting Tree; Skill Tree Unlocks) this feels like a bug.

I unlocked the Ordos cherub on my Psyker yesterday and on my Crusader today.  Both reputation and weekly missions are tracking by the individual character.
