The Prestige Group built the well-known new apartment building Prestige Evergreen. It's in Varthur, Bangalore, on Whitefield Road. There are 2,000 new homes spread out over 21 acres in Phase 2. It has 10 tall Prestige Towers with 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. A flat's floor space can be anywhere from 650 to 2500 square feet. The price starts at 1.1 Crore and goes up from there. The Prestige Evergreen RERA number will likely be given out by RERA Approval in September 2025. The project will also try to get permission from the BDA, BBMP, and BMRDC.
