Weapon Thunder Hammer need damage over time effect

Can you please give the Thunder Hammer a damage over time effect? To keep up with the other classes in the Warzone

If enemies survive with 10 HP after Thunder Leap, they must all be individually clicked / attacked to die. That is very annoying.
