Inquisitors!

First of all, we would like to invite you to a grand franchise sale on Steam, the event is called Warhammer Day! We are participating with Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr Definitive Edition, you can get it now at 80% discount!

The game is also part of the Have a Warhammer Day Bundle at Humble Bundle, with the 6 item bundle you can get both Martyr and Prophecy, and with the 4 item bundle you can get Prophecy (which can be played as a standalone title). Pay what you want, either way, this bundle benefits the It Gets Better and Breast Cancer Research Foundation charity organizations.

And now, some updates on the game's future:

Hierophant Class DLC

Originally set for release on October 17, we've decided to move the release date of the Hierophant Class DLC on Steam to November 12. This extra time will allow us to further polish the DLC and ensure the best possible experience for our players.

By playing this class, you will assume the role of an Inquisitor who can call in multiple acolytes to form a squad. You will have to use your faith and authority to inspire your acolytes to carry out the Emperor's will, manage them like a true leader, and teach the Imperium's truth to all the heretics in the Caligari sector.

Expect some more details and behind the scenes extras about the class and its subclasses in the following weeks!

Console

The next major update coming for consoles is called the Seasonal Journey, which is the culmination of all the work of past years and all the free updates we've added to the game. This new feature makes all seven previously released Seasons available at the same time for everyone for free. This includes every season from the PC version, so Season 6 and 7 as well.

You'll be able to pick a Season on the character creation screen from the very first fire-centric Season of Inferno to the most recent ones and create a Seasonal character for that particular Season.

All the Seasonal features, all the Season specific items, all the unique abilities and Seasonal objectives will be in again, permanently. Joined the community at a later stage and missed one of the earlier Seasons or had a really favorite build during one of the past Seasons? Now here's the chance to experience it for the first time or to return to it once again. Check out the Compendium for more details on these Seasons!

This update will be coming out on November 26 for all PlayStation and Xbox versions.

Even as we move towards the (grim) future, fans of Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr remain important to us. Now, six years after its initial release we're glad that we can provide something new, and we hope you find these updates to your liking. We will share more news about the future of the game as they become relevant. As always:

The Emperor protects!

I think you guys are absolutely amazing for still keeping console in mind and still pushing an update before everything stop I love this series and I love those that are working to better it’s longevity I never got to play the first few season on Xbox and now I can live something I never got to enjoy for my self thank you truly. Also do you go still gain money from purchases? Because I have just a few little like cosmetics I haven’t bought but I love this company and IP for all they do for their players so I’ll purchase just prove that love and support back lol

Nice, too bad console ended up being so far behind and I presume that pretty much is why we will never get cross save now. Hey I would even buy the game a 2nd time for PC also if there was cross save and parity but sadly that dream disappeared around launch time when it was realized with the team they had there was enough resources to do console and PC at the same time.

Still a good game though.
