I gather i have to find his ssecret lab in the industrial port. am locked out of a section by a gate where he might be. the engineer gave me the quest. help.

Yes i have the same Problem. This Bug is from 2013/2014 all over Steam and whatnot.

Industrial Port Fastravel and Entrance is Vanisjhed and not usable anymore. I heard thouh you can sometimes fix it with having another player joining your Game in Coop. This can fix teh Pop up for the Entrance from the Sewers!
