My Assasin bugged at lv 40. Van Wynter store no longer works so I started a Psyker. *Shrug* Now this one has glitched on 4 of 6 Klosterheim and I can't progress the story. I also lost a significant amount of Nurgle Relics for my Cabal directive. If this game hadn't cost me so much I would just walk away. For now I'm playing other missions but seriously; this is ridiculous.
